Return & Refund Policy

At Zinzo Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened in its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original box or packaging with all tags and seals intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Perishable goods or products with broken seals

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at returns@zinzo.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include your RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. Contact us at info@zinzo.store within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@zinzo.store.
