Understanding Your Order Status

- Out for Delivery — Your order is on its way to you today.
- Delivered — Your order has been delivered. If you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your building reception.
Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend the tracking information.
