Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. International orders typically arrive in 10–30 business days depending on your location. Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $5.99 within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates start at $14.99 for Canada and Mexico. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website, or visit our Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Opened skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Return Policy for details.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes! If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product.

How do I create an account?
