Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

- Standard Shipping — $5.99 for orders under $150 (5–7 business days)
- Express Shipping — $12.99 (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping — $24.99 (Next business day, order must be placed before 12pm EST)
International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

- Europe — $19.99 (10–21 business days)
- Asia & Pacific — $24.99 (14–28 business days)
- Rest of World — $29.99 (14–30 business days)
Please note: International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by their country.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Damages
Zinzo Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You are also welcome to contact our support team at info@zinzo.store.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and around your property first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted, including address changes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
